In honor of Mother’s Day the May Yoga Series is “Mothering your Inner Child. A mother can be so much more than just someone who has given birth. We can all be mothers to our inner children who need love, support, healing, attention, and care. The perfect childhood does not exist, so we all have inner child wounds we can connect to, give space for, and heal.
