WHAT IS GUIDED MEDITATION?

Guided Meditation: Guided Meditation is a Mindfulness exercise, typically led by a Narrator, that can be administered in person or from distance. It differs from other types of meditation that you are encouraged to be anchored in the Present and Focused as opposed to emptying your mind of conscious thought. It’s a wonderful practice that can be done alone or in groups and works in concert with a traditional meditative practice or as a stand-alone modality. We offer both in-person and virtual, one on one and group meditations and we can also customize an individualized meditation tailored to your specific circumstances.
