I created The Secret Door, out of personal and professional necessity. I was “successful”, working in a high stress tech environment but felt out of alignment in my life/ work balance. I dreamt of using my own first person experiences and those of my colleagues to create a reimagined Wellness Space solely dedicated to assisting Clients align Mind/ Body/ Spirit in more pragmatic and “real world” accessible ways for those not traditionally centered in spiritual practices. I find connection points with Clients through my training as a Holistic Life Coach, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master Usui Reiki Practitioner, former tech professional, Wife and Mother and together we craft a roadmap to Whole Life Wellness using both traditional coaching methods and esoteric energetic modalities.

Working Nickname: The Oddest Goddess, lol It was a joke that stuck because I don’t have the typical Zen/ guru personality, I’m pretty pragmatic and no nonsense, so I deliver all my coaching, energy work etc with a healthy dose of common sense kick in the pants practicality.
