Guided Mediation: Guided Meditation is a Mindfulness exercise, typically led by a Narrator and can be administered in person or from distance. It differs from other types of mediation in that you are encouraged to be anchored in the Present and Focused as opposed to emptying your mind of thoughts. It’s a wonderful practice that can be done alone or in groups and works in concert with a traditional meditative practice or as a stand alone modality.
